If you would like to make a reservation on the day before your desired experience day, please reserve via telephone [ 075-432-8367 ]. For same day reservations, please call us during working hours.
We will contact you in the event we have no vacancy.

  • Only participants for experience are available to enter the tea ceremony room. Other attendants need to stay in the waiting area.
  • You need to be in Nagomi no later than 5 minutes before the experience.
  • For off-business hours' contacts, the reply will be sent the next day. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Please specify the phone and e-mail info that we can reach you at on the experience day.
  • Once a session begins, you cannot enter into that. Your reservation is regarded as cancelled at this moment.
  • A cancellation charge of 100% will arise to cancel on the experience day.
